* Past or previous clients (prior to May 2018) who have not had a consultation session with a recommended personalized script will need to pay start up fee. Clients who have had a significant structural change since their last consultation with me will also need to pay this fee.
Rates at Your Home
If you feel you have a condition that warrants my visit to your home, I am happy to discuss that with you by phone. Please keep in mind that coming to your home involves me bringing equipment unless you have equipment that I feel will support your practice. My preference is that you come to my home studio for land based work. If you have a pool that meets my requirements and you'd like a personal aqua practice consultation, I am happy to come to your location.
Payment Process
I use a scheduling application tool called PocketSuite to handle my payment transactions. The tool operates with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology which keeps payment information secure.
To reserve an appointment, you'll need to provide to me your email and/or cell phone number. When I enter your appointment in my tool, it will send you a notice to confirm. The tool requires your credit card information to confirm. Your card will be charged 50% of the session fee for confirmation (updated policy as of 8/11/2018). Please keep in mind the first session fee does not include the start up fee of $25; the start up fee covers the cost of my work put in ahead of time into the first consultation session.
When you have completed your session, you will see an invoice sent to your email or cell phone for the services I provided to you. When that invoice has been sent, you will see a link that allows you to pay the entire invoice with your credit card.
Please as a courtesy pay your invoice within 24 hours of it being sent. You will receive an invoice reminder automatically every 24 hours until it is paid.
Please be aware there is a 3% processing fee for my tool to handle your payment. You will see this noted on your invoice as a "3% surcharge".
In the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or no-show, the 50% charge of the session fee will be kept. If you have an emergency that causes you to cancel late or not make your appointment, please contact me and we will discuss applying it towards your next session. Otherwise, for late cancellations and no-shows due to non-emergencies, I will be unable to return the amount or apply it towards another session.
