Sandi Tindal has been interested in how people move all her life. She spends a lot of time studying human biomechanics and comes from a noteworthy career of engineering. As a yoga teacher, Sandi is enthusiastic about helping others learn how to develop a healthy relationship with their breath by connecting them with simple yet interesting sets of movement patterns that are enveloped by the breath. Through this kind of approach, students enjoy exploring their own mind-body connection and discover for themselves how their own breathing can improve in capacity and guide them to experience enhanced energy, greater mobility, stronger balance, better focus and reduced stress levels.
