Looking for relief? Do you spend long hours sitting? Do you find yourself aching through the back and shoulders due to poor posture? Maybe you have an emphasis on strong workouts and need to balance that effort out with release of your muscles. At lunchtime yoga, you'll be given guidance on how you can open your chest and shoulders, improve your core strength and help your hip muscles relax but remain stable and strong. Our gathering is warm and welcoming. Our practice space is shared with a martial arts school, so your payment for class is less than what you would pay at a stand-alone yoga studio. You'll receive quality instruction and assistance from an attentive teacher who will modify the practice to fit your unique situation.

If you are considering trying out this class, you will need to call 214-476-9787. Class meetings are based on clients who plan to come. If we do not have enough to hold class, it is cancelled for the day.
To find our gathering, you'll need to walk into Mu Do Martial Arts. It's best to call so that you can sign a waiver electronically ahead of time and tell me about any concerns you have for your practice. Yoga props are available to borrow during the session.
