This is a kind and gentle practice for the older body or any body working through a physically limiting condition. In this practice we are connecting with movement and support work that allows the body to maintain healthy function. With the use of chairs, yoga blocks and the yoga wall students will discover the importance of hip stabilization, actively engage in balance practice and improve their posture. Breathing techniques and visualizations for meditation provide an opportunity to relax and renew the mind. Small group gentle yoga is a semi-private session being offered at significantly reduced rate. Please call to inquire if this class will be a good fit to meet your needs.
Come try out your first time for $10.
You must contact me ahead of time to fill out a waiver before coming to your first try out session.
The class is $15 per session; all sessions must be prepaid for the month.
